Nerosoft ("we," "our," or "us") operates the FacturasYa mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service, as well as the rights and choices you have associated with that data. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

We collect specific categories of information strictly to provide, maintain, and secure our Service.

• Authentication Data: When you access the Service utilizing "Sign in with Google," we receive your designated name and email address. This information is utilized strictly for account creation, secure authentication, and personalized user identification within the application.
• Service Data (Extracted Text): Upon utilizing the application's scanning functionality, the Service extracts textual data from your receipts. This metadata is stored securely utilizing our database infrastructure (Google Cloud Firestore) to facilitate your ongoing access to your receipt records.
• User Content (Image Files): FacturasYa integrates directly with your authenticated Google Drive account. Scanned receipt images are routed and saved directly to your personal Google Drive. We do not transmit, process, or store receipt image files on our proprietary servers.

3. Third-Party Service Providers and Tracking

We do not employ third-party analytics tracking software, nor do we integrate third-party advertising networks. Your personal information and service data are not monetized, shared, or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

We employ standard Google infrastructure services (Google Firebase, Google Cloud, the Gemini API, and Google Sign-In) strictly to facilitate data hosting, security, functionality, and authentication processes. We do not use your receipt data to train artificial intelligence models. These services operate under Google's respective data processing agreements and privacy policies.

4. Disclosure of Data for Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation, such as a court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process.
• Protect and defend the rights, property, or intellectual property of Nerosoft.
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
• Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the general public.
• Protect against legal liability.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

Users retain the right to terminate their accounts and request data deletion at any time via the settings menu within the FacturasYa application.

Upon the initiation of an account deletion request:

• Active Data Purge: Your user profile and all associated receipt metadata stored within our Firestore database are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
• Data Anonymization: To maintain system integrity and prevent fraudulent account creation, your plain-text email address is purged from our active databases. We retain only a secure, one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the email address. This anonymized hash cannot be reverse-engineered to identify or contact you.
• User-Managed Storage: Because receipt image files reside exclusively in your personal Google Drive, they remain subject to your direct control. Deleting your FacturasYa account will not automatically delete files from your Google Drive; these must be managed or deleted manually through your Google account.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Information collected through the Service may be transferred to, processed, and maintained on secure cloud servers located outside of your state, province, or country of residence, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We ensure that all data storage and transfer protocols comply with standard industry security practices.
